Metro running gear monitoring System

The main functions of railway detection system of running gear are as follows:

    1.Failure monitoring and rail condition monitoring of metro bogies key components mainly includes bogie axle box bearing, motor bearing, gearbox bearing, gearbox gearing and wheel set treads braking and rail  abrasion condition

    2.Original data and alarm information management, sensor detection original data,  conclusion data after analysis processing and alarm status are stored in the vehicle main frame. This information can be displayed both in the driver's cab HMI interface, and it can also be transmitted to the ground expert diagnosis system server.

User can master working status, vehicle health status, data management and configuration parameter management of the on-line detection system of running gear through the expert diagnosis system.
